• Extra-person charges will apply for unauthorized guests.
• No Smoking, Vaping, Incense, Candles or Illegal Drugs in or on the property
• No sports related equipment allowed inside the property, such as, but not limited to, skis,

• Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited

Our stay here was wonderful ! The condo was so clean, especially the bathroom. The owners allowed us an early check in, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was stocked and 5 minute drive to Beech mountain. Although we had a lot of fog coverage the view was amazing when we got a little break from the fog. I would 100% recommend this place, perfect little getaway
