Nestled just 5 minutes from shops and 8 minutes from Gouville-sur-Mer beach, this house is a haven of peace between the sea and the bocage countryside. You will also be close to Blainville-sur-Mer, Agon-Coutainville, and about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the famous Mont-Saint-Michel. Accommodation Description: This house can accommodate up to 5 people and offers all the necessary comforts for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. • On the first floor: You will find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings, as well as a comfortable living room to relax in after a day of exploring. • Upstairs: Two bedrooms await you: • One bedroom with a double bed (140x190). • A second bedroom with three single beds (90x190), perfect for children or friends. • A shower room is also available on this floor. Outside: Enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet in the garden furniture with barbecue for your outdoor meals, while admiring the natural beauty of the surroundings.
