Adequate. Very comfortable king bed. Clean. Great location with parking - which is hard to find.Didn't know there wasn't central air until the day we checked in. Rather, there were 3 portable A/C units that were to cool the air and 3 fans - these were noisy and not effective. No blinds or curtains on the kitchen and dining rooms no privacy and heat gain from the morning sun. Needs a new toilet, existing one is a worn small round one - clean but uncomfortable. No microwave - which made things difficult for us. Would have been nice to have a Keurig machine. The coffee pot worked fine, but we like using the pods since we drink different coffees.
