Situated right on Georgian Bay with access to a private dock to moor your boat, minutes to your preferred ski hill, the village, trails, golf and more. Don't miss a thing with all your favourite shops and restaurants conveniently located less than 5 min from downtown Collingwood. The condo has an open concept kitchen, living and dinning room, 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed, one bedroom with double bunk bed on the bottom and single bunk on top of it and 2 full bathrooms. Condo is dog friendly! Monthly rentals only starting at the beginning of the month. Dog friendly.
Lighthouse Point is one of Collingwood’s most popular waterfront condo communities with a wide stretch of beautiful Georgian Bay shoreline. The grounds are mature and beautifully landscaped with walking trails that meander through gardens, the waterfront and a 10 acre nature preserve.
