About this apartment rental

A beautiful penthouse (with elevator access) offering stunning ocean views. It’s located in one of the most popular areas of Mojácar Playa and is just a short walk from bars, shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk, where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the beach.
Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Key pickup is via a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, crib rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.
Access Rights
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purposes of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
Important Note: The company will not accept groups of young people or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Some properties are available to couples under the age of 25.

Overall, a very nice apartment in a central and convenient location, adjacent to the beach and with the balcony overlooking the best beach views Mojacar has to offer. The pool and it's location is disappointing, but sea swimming is very convenient for those who prefer the beach. Garage entry is not suitable for low ground clearance vehicles (such as Mercedes C Class) due to the sharp change in gradient.
