Overall, a very nice apartment in a central and convenient location, adjacent to the beach and with the balcony overlooking the best beach views Mojacar has to offer. The pool and it's location is disappointing, but sea swimming is very convenient for those who prefer the beach. Garage entry is not suitable for low ground clearance vehicles (such as Mercedes C Class) due to the sharp change in gradient.
