The gîte is close to the town center, hiking trails, and halfway between the sea and the mountains. Located near Prades, this semi-detached house offers panoramic views of the Canigou. It has a private entrance and garden opening onto a large, partially enclosed plot with garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, a hammock, and a ping-pong table. Private parking is available. The first floor comprises a kitchen/dining room with a living area and internet access. Room furnished as a relaxation area (TV, DVD player, sofa bed, games and toys for children), shower room, toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one with an en-suite shower room (toilet), single sofa bed). Air-conditioned house. Baby equipment available: cot, stroller, baby bath and high chair, potty. Pets allowed. Off-season and outside of school holidays, advantageous price for a weekly rental for 2 people.
