Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Hot Tub Policy: For your safety, please use plastic cups (provided) around the hot tub. A $200 cleaning fee applies for any glass breakage that requires draining and professional cleaning.
No Smoking Inside: Smoking indoors will incur a $200 cleaning fee. Outdoor smoking is permitted; please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

This house was amazing it has everything you could possibly need! Very clean the beds are so comfortable i didn't want to leave! The whole house is decorated so cute and the outside area was awesome! Definitely recommend staying here

Excellent experience. We never wanted to leave the property. The arcade room and the pool table were the highlight. The outdoor shower was an excursion. The home was large and had plenty of room for 4 adults and an infant. Great assortment of spices and the coffee station was a hit. Right of the expressway and a short 30 min to the university of central Florida. Airport was 17 min away. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. Easy check in process and plenty of parking. Everything was clean and the decor was fantastic. We will definitely be returning.

The house was great, and our group had a nice weekend stay. I came home to a message saying the house required an “emergency cleaning” and was told to pay for this. Our group was nothing short of respectful, and there was absolutely no evidence provided of why. Fortunately, I took pictures and a video to prior to check out to refute these false claims. I recommend you do the same.
