It is a lovely little house, warm and comfortable for all seasons.
Thanks to its thick walls, it's cool in summer and warm in winter. Its practical, stylish wood-burning stove heats the whole house quickly.
There is a small shaded terrace opposite the front door.
The kitchen is well equipped to prepare tasty dishes.
The swimming pool and social area are just a few mminuteswalk away
Cantignergues is a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, part of the commune of La Livinière in the Hérault.
It's a tranquil place where peace and tranquillity reign.
There are plenty of things to do in and around the village, such as hiking or crossing the little river Cesse for the more sporty, cycling or simply relaxing by the large swimming pool or on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful views of the hills.
The on-site concierge is available if needed and offers activities for tenants of the hamlet
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
