* Seasonal Hours: Some resort amenities, such as the poolside bar, may have limited hours or availability due to seasonal changes or maintenance schedules. We recommend checking with the resort upon arrival for the most current information.
* Location: This is a 3rd-floor unit located in Tower B, offering convenient elevator access. Enjoy the waterfront location and beachfront resort experience.
* Amenity Access: Guests have full access to all pools, hot tubs, the lazy river, and the poolside bar. Access to the fitness center, arcade, and main resort dining area is reserved for property owners only.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival

Communication was great, the condo was clean and just so relaxing. Internet and TV's were great. Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. As usual, a great time was had. There was some work being done in the building, which produced some noise during the week day, but not too distracting.

The condo is nice and great location. Great pools and beach access. The building and hallways do appear to be older. The host is very quick to answer questions and resolve any issues.

Communication with host was very clear and prompt. The unit was very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and comfortable. I spent 2 weeks here, I did not want to leave. I would highly recommend staying at this condo to anyone. The TV swung out from the wall, which was a great thing for me as well as great internet service. Thank you Missy for an amazing vacation. recommend
