Recently renovated and Private Beach. Plenty of space to relax and watch the surf. New furniture, floor and appliances. Same awesome ocean view. New tile. Welcome to easily one of the best 1BR's on the beach. Centrally located in Miramar Beach, Watch the dolphins swim by every morning then watch the sun go down in the evening. Luxury linens, amenities and beach service all complimentary. Washer dryer in unit.

This apartment was right on the beach with the most amazing views. The unit itself was very clean and pleasant. We had a very nice weekend here and would definitely come again.

Overall, this was an amazing stay! The views from the balcony are incredible. The condo has everything you need (except pot holders and hand soap). This condo has three levels and you can definitely hear lots of walking above. We had a sound machine and it helped a lot. Parking is SUPER tight, so I highly recommend driving a compact or small car. James is super responsive and came by in minutes when we were having issues with the TV not turning on due to the plug not working. Highly recommend this condo for a couple traveling with small kids and/or pets.

Amazing access to the beach and pompano Joe's, Very nice and laid back no disorder on the beach a huge plus and pet friendly Excellent. Like a little piece of paradise away from home but feels like Home.
