Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, a washer, a dryer, a shared washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. The building has lift access and a doorman.
The Space:
It has one bathroom.
The bedroom has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron.
In the kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A washer, a dryer, and a shared washer and dryer is available in the apartment. It also has a workspace.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water.
Guest Access:
The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival

Check-out time: 11am
No smoking
No parties
No visits allowed. The bar is located on the 12th floor and is available for guest use.
Opening Hours: Open 2:30 PM
Wednesdays and Thursdays: Close between 11 PM and midnight
Fridays and Saturdays: Close 1 AM
Sundays: Close 9 PM
Mondays and Tuesdays: Closed
