Spacious 5-bedroom house in lovely North Charleston!! 20mins to Downtown

The space was clean and ideal for our needs. Everyone had more than enough room to spread out and get them selves together for the event we where attending. Anything we needed to tell our host went smooth and they where quick to respond. Only 25 min from downtown Charleston and close enough to grocery stores etc. to get whatever we needed quickly.

The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for our larger party. House was very clean, just needs a little cosmetic updates.Owner was very easy to communicate with and handled any small issue we had promptly. PLEASURE!!

Excellent home for families! We enjoyed this home with 2 families of 5 (parents with 3 children each). It was spacious providing perfect sleeping arrangements for both families. This home is located in the back of a neighborhood and also provides a backyard for the children to play in. Park circle is nearby which is an amazing family park. We were conveniently located to the North Charleston Colosseum. The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

The house is a very nice house but needs a deep cleaning. The walls were dirty and scuffed and needed repairs in the hallways ,bedrooms and living room really through out the entire house. The AC filters were dirty, and dusty. The couch was filthy ot should be replaced. 2nd fl bedroom furniture outdated and stained with juice and coffee just horrible. Dining room rug was dirty and light bulbs missing from the chandelier,there was a broken glass candle with jagged pieces of glass. 2nd floor bathroom shower rug was dirty and the walls needed to be clean. The steps and rug needed cleaning. Blinds missing for the sliding door. There were no chairs to sit outside in the yard. Appliances were also dirty. Pictures were taken to support all concerns. Again this home has a lot of potential but needs some TLC.
