Please note that the last mile or so to the cabin is on a dirt road. Please drive slowly. In the winter, 4-wheel drive may be needed.

Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.
PET POLICY
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.).
No vicious breeds are permitted.
No other pets are allowed without Manager approval.
$50 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
EXTRAS
Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

Beautiful home! Enjoyed the Christmas decorations! Beds were comfortable and our family of 6 adults and 1 teen felt right at home. TV, Internet and no problem with cell service. Definitely recommend with easy access to Williams and the Grand Canyon.

It was a great cabin and the location was perfect for us. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Over all had a great time. I will list the pros and cons of the place.
Pros: great front porch, great deck out back, beautiful view, very clean,
very nice and large kitchen, one queen bedroom on main floor with access to the main bathroom. Upstairs bathrooms have beautiful walkin showers. One is off the primary bedroom and the other one is off the queen bedroom.
Cons: will sleep 8, however, the living area will only seat 5 fairly comfortable and that is only if one person sits in the middle seat on the couch. Now about being dog friendly. They do allow a dog which is great, however, I don't know what is on the property but whatever it is clings to paws and hair and is prickly. It also sticks to your shoes.
The toilet in the main floor bathroom started leaking a lot when flushed. I called and reported it right away and cleaned all the water up and put a towel under where it was leaking. This was on a Sunday and they said they would try to get someone out to fix it. We checked out Monday and no one had come to fix it yet. It was quite an inconvenience for me, as I am elderly and have both medical and physical limitations! It would be nice to have one days rental returned due to this inconvenience.
