Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was perfect about this place. Location, location, location. Everything you need and more is so close. Restaurants, stores, shopping, etc. the property is well kept, the parking was good, the unit was nice and had everything we needed. I would rent here again if going to Orlando.

This is our 3rd time returning to this resort. We love it. It has everything we need, including nice grills which we used several times. Pool area is beautiful. The condo was lovely, one of our favorites so far. If I had to say anything it'd be the bedroom carpets are worn looking and in need of replacement. Also, the kitchen could be better equipped with better pans, more assortment of mixing bowls etc. Lastly, it would be nice to have a starter amount of coffee/filters. We will definitely be renting this unit again, though! Vacasa has been wonderful to deal with!

One of the bulbs burnt out (or not working) is on the balcony. Also the shower water takes a long time to heat up. The dishes on the table look nice but we didn't feel like we could use the table without clearing it all off & washing all the dishes, so my family of 5 never used the table. of the bulbs burnt out (or not working) is on the balcony.
