Cozy and private basement apartment close to the Magothy River

Welcome to beautiful Arnold, MD! This basement apartment is completely private- with a separate entrance, bathroom, and refrigerator/kitchenette. Walking distance to "The Point" waterfront restaurant! A fifteen minute drive to downtown Annapolis, this location offers all of the convenience of being near town while being in a quiet and private location in the suburbs. The apartment includes one bedroom, a comfortable sitting area, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

The space has one bedroom with queen bed, a large sitting area, and a full bathroom. There is a private access to be able to come and go as you please! This basement space has plenty of light though none of it is natural.

The basement is all yours with the exception to one locked storage room that we are using. We ask that the upstairs/main floor of the house remain fully private.

This is a basement apartment and therefore, it's not as sound proof as we might hope. You will hear our footsteps and voices upstairs. Having recently lost our dog, we also enjoy pet-sitting for friends and sometimes have a four-legged friend around who you may hear as well.

We do our best to keep things quiet and hope you'll do the same. We do provide earplugs and a noise maker in case you're particularly sensitive to sound when you're asleep.
