Welcome to this cozy beach bungalow! Located just 15 minutes to Folly Beach and 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, this a the perfect little cottage to stay during your visit.
You will step into the living room sleeper sofa and large TV. The living room flows into the fully equipped kitchen, dining nook, and bar area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast.
The bedrooms are all down along the hallway. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The full bathroom is at the end of the hallway.
The exterior features a dining table on the back porch. Off the back porch is a secluded bungalow hangout area. It features adarondak chairs, a fire-pit, charcoal grille and cabana bar.
Overall this is the perfect bungalow nestled between Folly Beach and Downtown. Also perfect spot if you are seeing a show at the Pour House 4 minutes away!

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Great spot. 15 mins to the beach and king street as long as there isn’t traffic. The furniture in the non bedrooms is a little fragile but just don’t knock it over and it’ll be fine. Outdoor area is great.

This property was a nice location. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, and soap. You can tell the cottage has been updated recently with a super quaint outdoor area. The 2 smaller rooms are pretty small. The back room is really small - just enough room to sleep two twin beds and to shuffle past. This rental would probably be better for teens or families. Not the best for couples because there's only one larger bed. Having a washer and dryer available was a really nice feature and would be helpful for future renters doing beach days. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts had everything we needed and then some from the plethora of hot tea and coffee choices to the many things supplied in the bathroom. The one thing it was missing was some tissues. We brought our small dog and even though there wasn’t any grass or good area to walk him, he still had fun. The location was easy to get to, close to restaurants and downtown Charleston. Not that it impacted our stay in anyway but clearly much of the furniture was IKEA and if we had our rough grandkids I would be very afraid of them breaking something.

I was on a birthday trip with my friends. it was cute at glance ofc and i made the most of my trip but the place is extremely small. the bedrooms are super small and there is no room. It was dirty upon arrival and trash was filled to the brim. A couple of things were broken. I messaged the owner as soon as we got there and promised someone would comeclean and get the trash but no one came the whole trip. Communication was very poor. I made the most of my trip and liked the location of it all.
