A real haven of peace in a quiet housing development by the sea and without roads to cross; this small semi-detached house and its pretty enclosed garden is located on the Côte des Nacres on the east coast of Corsica, 5 minutes from SOLENZARA and its pretty marina!
A large and magnificent sandy beach is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes with no road to cross.
The village of Solenzara, with its lively marina, restaurants, shops and weekly market, is 3km away.
The mountains (including the fabulous Aiguilles de Bavella), canyons, rivers, unspoilt nature are all nearby.
We welcome your little 4-legged friends under conditions (to be specified together when booking)
The maisonette is semi-detached but not overlooked and consists of a separate and nicely decorated bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a shower room with toilet and washing machine, a living room (TV and wifi) dining room with open kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle...) which also hosts a comfortable sofa bed with a 140cm mattress and opens directly onto the terrace!!
In an enclosed field, a pretty sunny terrace welcomes you for lunch (table and 4 chairs), cooking (barbecue, outdoor gas fire) and relaxing (parasol garden deckchairs) in the middle of a lush garden with Mediterranean essences.
You can park right in front of the house and walk your little companion in the very pleasant housing development along the sea!
