About this apartment rental
Guests will find Cascades C- 7, sleeps 6, updated throughout with style and comfort in mind. The new electric fireplace makes the unit even cozier. New sleek appliances and furnishings. Upper-level spacious bedroom with queen bed, one set of twin bunks plus additional TV. Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola or South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers upper-level bedroom, deck, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 6.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest.
~This unit has a K cup style coffee pot.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator

~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay

~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

We had a fantastic stay! We visited during a particularly cold stretch, but the condo kept us warm and comfortable. The little "fireplace" built into the entertainment console put out surprisingly good heat and made the space feel cozy.The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the location really can't be beat. It's true ski-in, ski-out access. Ski out right behind the condo and you're on Broadway with direct access to either the Chondola Lift or the South Ridge Express. Getting back is just as easy. Take South Ridge Express up, cruise down Broadway, and you're home. We actually saved some money by popping back to the condo for lunch instead of eating at the lodge, which was a nice bonus of being so close to the slopes.The amenities were great. The saunas have brand new heating systems that worked really well. The hot tub was clean and always ready to go. There's also a heated pool, though we didn't end up using it.Rental staff kept us informed throughout and provided all the details we needed. We never had any issues, so there wasn't much reason to reach out, which is exactly what you want on vacation.We spent most of our time skiing all day and only came back to the condo for lunch or in the evenings, and that's a testament to how great the location is. Overall a really wonderful trip and we'd highly recommend it.

We loved the space. Many basic supplies available. Beds super comfy! Great location for ski in/out. We loved skiing Sunday River! Host was great at answer questions and giving advice on places to eat and shop
