Location is great and the apartment is nice. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Back bedroom is warm when it’s hot outside. Disappointed that despite the checkout time being listed as 11a the hosts changed the time to 10a in their property details sent out a few days before we arrived. We requested the 11a and offered 10:30. They didn’t budge and pushed us out at 10a to accommodate their cleaners who they said will be there at 10a (which they weren’t) the next guests don’t arrive until 4p, plenty of time to clean. The hosts prioritized their cleaners over their paying guests. It was an expensive place to stay so their unwillingness to work with us was poor customer service. We thought we’d found our place to stay for our annual trip to NYC but not now. We value respectful hosts.

The location of the property was fabulous - right on restaurant row, couple blocks to Times Square. It was clean and well stocked with towels. It even had an umbrella for us to use in the unexoected showers.
