Lyngby lies this well-appointed holiday home with a swimming pool and activity room, which simply has everything your heart could desire in terms of activities and entertainment. The house has an impressive pool area, which includes a sauna, a large built-in hot tub with back massage, seat massage, and hand shower. Both the pool area and the activity room are a great gathering place for the whole family. The house is extremely spacious and well-proportioned, built around two separate sleeping areas and a total of two large bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. The dining/living room is tastefully decorated with a TV, sofa area, and wood-burning stove, all of which contribute to creating a cozy atmosphere. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room, you enter the activity room, where you can play a game of pool/billiards on the beautiful billiard table. Here you can also challenge each other to a game of table tennis, darts, or table football. The activity room also has a sofa area where you can relax and watch the children play, as well as a game console. The large grounds surrounding the house also cater to the youngest guests with a sandbox and swings. Adults can lounge on a sun lounger on the terrace. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
