Greetings from Goleta Getaway! This charming and updated home is the perfect private escape, with a prime location and a backyard oasis for quintessential outdoor living.
The inviting interior welcomes you with a contemporary, coastal-inspired design throughout the living area. Whip up your favorite home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek countertops and all the appliances you need. Four bedrooms each offer their own sanctuary. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, fireplace, two private ensuite bathrooms (one with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub and the other with a sink, closet, toilet shower, and washer/dryer), and French doors that lead to a private backyard patio. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, with a private ensuite attached to Bedroom 2. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds. One additional full bathroom ensures plenty of privacy for all guests.

- Please note that natural oil seeps off the coast of Goleta occasionally result in black tar deposits along local beaches. These occurrences are common in the region and are a natural phenomenon unrelated to spills or other events. While efforts are often made to keep the beaches clean, visitors may encounter tar on the sand or in the water. We recommend bringing a small bottle of baby oil or another gentle cleaning solution to help remove any tar from skin or feet after a day at the beach and be mindful not to track black tar into the home.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. The stay here was excellent. I have been renting with VRBO for 16 years now, and they all have some of the details... this one has them all. They have done it so nicely - they had plenty of dishes, kitchen and bathroom towels, dish washer detergent, paper towels, TP, tissue paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, coffee and filters. We had 6 people staying and the beds were nice, plenty of bathrooms. They have games and puzzles, TV, beach towels, a nice back yard. We did not need the pack n play and the small child things. They have a nice backyard. We liked the location... not far from Santa Barbara, has a local golf course and beach nearby, we shopped at Albertson's. We would recommend to a friend.

House looked clean but the bedsheets and pillows had an awful sweaty, musty odor. That made sleeping at night difficult. On top of that, one of the shower pan had stains that felt not very clean so we didn't use it at all. In one of the bathrooms, the floor had a slight dip indicating some water damage below. The Avant Stay team did mend it a little bit for us but not enough and there was nothing we could do about any of the items. For top dollars they charged us, this wouldn't be a place we would recommend.
