Welcome to Home Base, a beautiful waterfront retreat on Lake Anna’s public side. Start your day with coffee and sunrise views from the open-concept living space. This prime location is within walking distance of the Lake Anna Boardwalk, featuring mini golf, beach volleyball, Tim's Restaurant, and Moo Thru ice cream. Just 10 minutes from Dickinson's Store and Food Lion.
The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, cozy beds, and spacious dining areas, with two extra refrigerators for added storage. The basement is packed with entertainment—ping pong, foosball, poker table, and a lounge area.
Relax on the deck, patio, or large dock with deep water and easy swim access. Enjoy three kayaks with life vests, plus a trunk full of games, toys, and puzzles. Outside, gather around the firepit or play cornhole. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and Roku TV for streaming.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
