This smoke-free bed & breakfast features a restaurant, a coffee shop/cafe, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free cooked-to-order breakfast, free WiFi in public areas, and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a microwave in a common area, a refrigerator in a common area, and conference space are onsite.
Change of towels is available on request.

These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate dining areas and include desks and kitchen islands. Great and perfect for my short stay to attend my classes at ivy tech! The owner was super sweet and breakfast was always fresh and delicious! If I have future classes to attend at ivy tech I will be booking here. Lots of cats and one very friendly dog, they stayed down stairs and not in the way at all. Great experience here thank you! Oh and the bed was super comfortable!! Def was nice since I had a recent back surgery!!♥️

Cat lovers paradise!
Host rescues cats and we were greeted at every turn by a friendly meow.
Home was modern/clean….host was kind and made us a great breakfast.
Would gladly stay again next time we are in the area.
