This former farmhouse has been converted into a very spacious and uniquely designed holiday cottage. You will appreciate its space, comfort, amenities, garden, and terrace. Located in the heart of a small country village about 20 km northeast of Épinal, 12 km from Fraispertuis City amusement park, and 30 km from Gérardmer. Groceries are 2 km away. A doctor is 8 km away, and a supermarket is 8 km away. The cottage is detached with an enclosed garden.

- Shower room (shower, sink, and toilet)
First floor:
- Mezzanine lounge.
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (160/200 cm)
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (140/190 cm) and 1 single bed (90/190 cm)

2nd floor:
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140/190 cm)
Heating via air source heat pump.
