This former farmhouse has been converted into a very spacious and uniquely designed cottage. You'll appreciate its space, comfort, amenities, garden, and terrace. Located in the heart of a small country village about 20 km northeast of Épinal, 12 km from Fraispertuis City amusement park and 30 km from Gerardmer. Groceries are 2 km away. Doctors are 8 km away. Supermarkets are 8 km away. Independent cottage with enclosed garden.

2nd floor:
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (queen-size bed).
