The house is in a good location for exploring the Monterey Bay Area, was easy to find and check in. A big yard was great for dogs. The host responded promptly to messages and was very kind and accommodating. I felt it could have been a little more clean. The bathtub was quite dirty so we couldn’t use it for our daughter and there was some broken furniture in a pile in the yard. There were also signs in the restrooms that said not to flush any toilet paper at all, which my elderly family members struggled with. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay and I felt it was worth the price, but since travelling with older more picky family members I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

We enjoyed this house very much! It was clean, conveniently located to many shops, and safe. Great for a quick pit stop on our Pacific Coast road trip!

The host, Immad, was wonderful to communicate with and very friendly. He gave recommendations for some great restaurants and was attentive to our needs. The kitchen sink backed up and he took care of it within a few hours. The house is on a very busy street that is noisy if the windows are open and it is sometimes difficult to back out of the driveway. The kitchen has the essentials like a toaster, Keurig, pots and pans, etc. The seating area in the backyard is quite worn and sun damaged since the picture was taken. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but nothing I couldn’t wipe down myself. All in all it was a great stay and Immad was an excellent host.

Beds were clean and, bathrooms adequate. Host was very nice, prwtty good communication. If you are traveling with small xhildren, I would not recommend, as there are wall heaters that get pretty hot to the touch, and it is on a very bust street, comfortable
