We expect you to clean perfectly. All cleaning products are available inside the accommodation.
Come and cocoon in this charming quiet and elegant duplex of 25m2 literally 10 meters from the beach! A wonderful beach, the water is beautiful, transparent, it is really the most beautiful corner of Normandy. There are also walks, the GR at the foot of the studio which offers you the view of Mont Saint Michel after works of 40 minutes very accessible. It's really sublime.
The decoration is bohemian style, the layout has been designed so that the apartment is functional, spacious and warm: a lounge area, a dinette area, a kitchen that will allow you to prepare food, a small bathroom and a large bedroom upstairs with storage and a reading area where you can enjoy the sun's rays curled up in a big armchair.
It is a duplex located literally 10 meters from the beach. It is located in a one-storey building so there is no accommodation above or below.
The duplex is about 25m2 divided equally between the first floor and the top.
The decoration is bohemian chic with materials and furniture found during my travels in France, Morocco, Chad and China.
The tiles keep the apartment cool during the hot weather. You will wake up to the rays of the morning sun. In the afternoon, the apartment is preserved from the heat. At night, you will fall asleep with a light sound of waves :-)
The kitchen is large so that you can cook during your stay. It is fully equipped. There is a dining table for 2 people.
The bathroom has been cleverly designed to keep as much space as possible for the living rooms and we even managed to put a washing machine in it! It's compact and functional.
The bedroom and reading area on the 1st floor is very spacious with a bed (two mattresses together) of very good quality, armchairs and plenty of storage.
The square where the apartment is located is lively in the summer because there are several restaurants but the noise is reasonable in the evening since everything closes quite early except for special evenings and Grandes Marées festival.

Carolles experiments with the beach without garbage cans. So you will have to make sure to collect your garbage with you. There are containers for everything recyclable at the top of the fishermen's path.
I live abroad but I'm very connected so I respond very quickly to WHATSAPP messages ONLY.
Be careful in July there is the festival of the high tides. The site is 300 meters from the apartment, you can hear the concerts from the window!
