I walked into this beautiful 3 bedroom suite with multiple balcony views. The apartment was clean, amazing staff- extremely courteous and helpful. The next time I'm in Dubai, I'll be staying here again. It's close to all the attractions and a quick walk to the dubai mall. Heaven Crest .. top notch.

I was extremely disappointed with the way this business and its team operate. There was no company representative available upon arrival, as they only operate between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. We would have been completely stuck if the security guard who was not even their employee, helped us to access the property. Despite asking multiple times for access instructions, we were repeatedly told the details would be sent 24 hours before arrival, which never happened. Although we paid the deposit as they demanded soon we booked our accommodation by Hotel.com. On the Hotels.com website, there is no mention of Dunya Tower, which is listed instead as Hotel Heaven Crest Home Downtown. This caused confusion upon arrival. In addition, there were hidden charges that were not disclosed on the Hotels.com listing. According to my booking, I was overcharged service fee . I was also security deposit, was not fully refunded and 5% was deducted. I noticed that Two beds are hard and we couldn’t sleep overnight . Also they didn’t do any cleaning. The only request I made was for two towels and some tea bags. These were delivered 70 minutes later, and only after I sent a reminder message. I was later informed that they charge next time for any service provided, which was never clearly communicated beforehand Overall, communication was poor, charges were unclear, and service was not good.

The room was great and spacious. Location is excellent as it is a less than 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. Go to the Apple Store to get to the balancing to watch the Fountain show. Staff is great with great communication and service. Highly recommended.

We were unable to check in upon our arrival because the property could not find our reservation. It was resolved the next day and we stayed 6 days at the property. The apartment was nice overall but the third bedroom was very small and barely fit a bed in the room, no closet or dresser. We experienced a couple of issues while there; the hot water in o e of the bathroom stopped working at it took almost 48 hours to be repaired. Additionally the wifi stopped working for most of our last 3 days there. Nonetheless the staff was polite and we like the location being only steps away from the mall.

Cleanliness was not great. Bathroom smelt bad fro the drains. There were numerous small cockroach type insects in the kitchen. The bedroom TV cable didn’t reach the plug socket and was attached to the wall. An extension was provided but no remote control was able to be found within my 4 night stay. A dishwasher was available but no tablets for this. I wa stood they were in the welcome pack, but there was no welcome pack. Had to request tea towels for the kitchen, and toilet roll as there was very little. Arrival process was poor. All via WhatsApp which meant sitting outside the hotel awaiting the barrier to be opened. Not very welcoming at all.

Check in process was a nightmare as they failed to send the tourist tax link in advance or explain how the complicated lock worked. Property had a lot of small issues - no hot water in one bathroom, toaster did not work, electric breaker switch kept tripping, the sheets were all too small for the beds, internet did not reach bedrooms

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed it so much! The Apartment was clean, fully furnished. Comunication with the team was easy and they all were extremly helpful and kind. We even got our room a bit before check in time. Mall is just accross the street! Really amazed and looking forward to come again.

BEWARE and DO YOUR RESEARCH on Heaven Crest Vacation Homes. I typed up a detailed review, but I am limited to 1500 characters so here are the cliff notes. Falsely Advertised - Don't expect to get what the ad reflects when it comes to bedroom/bed configuration, amenities, toiletries etc. We were not even provided with hand soap. After we asked for some, they brought us 1 canister to use in 3 bathrooms. Dirty and Disrepair - The place was dirty and in disrepair. Shower was broken and leaked all over the floor. Additionally there were a ton of flying bugs throughout the whole unit Dishonest - After we complained and were shown different units that were in the same condition and lacking the sleeping arrangements that we needed, and were also dirty and in the same condition, we checked out and told them that we had to find better proper accomodations. They originally stated that there were no refunds and after we told them that the accomodations were falsely advertised and that our review would be determined by how they would respond, they agreed in writing that they would refund the nights that we did not stay after we contact Expedia. We contacted expedia and then they didn't want to issue a refund at all, and eventually agreed to refund only 2 of the 6 nights that they originally agreed to. After I spent hours on the phone with Expedia agent who had to go back and forth with the property. You are better off finding accomodations elsewhere and saving yourself the headache.

Very well located property right in the middle of downtown Dubai. Direct access to the Dubai mall with walking distance access to the Burj Khalifa and the fountains plus many more attractions with plenty of dining options. Apartment like feeling perfect for families. Plenty of choices for walking distance grocery stores. Being right in the middle of downtown, positioning you at a 25 min maximum distance to non downtown attractions. Great staff with a shout out to Moises who was ready to help at any time. I highly recommend this property. Superb value for the price!

Location is prime. Check in is a bit sketchy. They make you pay an extra deposit that is almost as much as you paid for the room. They say it’s refundable but it’s been 4 days since they said they would refund and it still hasn’t come.

I have been many times to this building and flats varies from one to another one. This time it was not so good. The third bedroom was a little room without windows and no closet. No furniture in bathroom to put our stuff.
