    The room was reasonable for the price, but there were several things that left me quite disappointed. When I first entered the room, the bathroom floor was still wet, as well as the floor outside the bathroom. There was also a very strong durian smell in the room, so I had to call the staff and ask them to bring an air freshener. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. I only found out after checking out that breakfast was included in my booking. The staff did not inform me at check-in, nor did they mention it at check-out. I was disappointed to realize that I had already paid for breakfast but missed the opportunity to use it simply because no one informed me. Overall, the room was okay and probably reasonable for the price, but the cleanliness, room preparation, and communication could definitely be improved.
