- 1 dining room area with table and chairs for 8 people
_ 1 fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (Fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer)
- 1 office with sofa bed
_ 1 bathroom with bathtub and sink
_ 2 separate toilets
On the upper level, access by stairs
1 Master Room 160 cm bed, dressing room, full bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink and toilet)
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 9pm: 30 euros
After 9pm: 50 euros
