Clean tidy house with everything you might need. Warm and easy to find.
Very old armchairs have seen better days, still comfy but stained and frayed. Other furnishings great.

Layout, style, cleanliness, location, excellent communications, complimentary milk, tea coffee, and showering supplies. comfy bed. Heat pump warms the place up nicely. Didn't get to use the deck due to rain/cold days but is a lovely big area.
No privacy... blinds are see through when lights are on. Seriously need to look at adding blackout curtains or blinds to at least the bedrooms and bathroom. Spare blanket in the bedrooms for those cooler nights. The oven....counter top oven works, but is very slow vs a regular oven.
