L emplacement au centre de la ville, un très beau appartement. La propreté, la climatisation dans la chambre. L accueil très chaleureux du voisin.
Le parking loin de l appartement ( a signaler dans l annonce car peu adapté pour quelqu’un qui a du mal à se déplacer)

Neben Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad hatten wir auch noch eine Pergola. Das war sehr angenehm. Wir nutzten diesen Zusatzraum gerne. Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt bzw. nahe am Hafen gelegen.
Wir fanden das Haus nur schwer und mussten mehrfach nachfragen. In dieser Straße gibt es an den Hauseingängen rote und schwarze Nummern, außerdem noch die Geschäftsnummern. Welche Nummer die Hausnummer ist, war schwierig herauszufinden. Die Schlüssel bzw. die Schlösser klemmten. Bei jedem Aufschließen kostete es Mühe und Geduld, bis die Türe endlich aufging.

In pieno centro di Genova, appartamento in un bel palazzo storico, tranquillo anche se in un quartiere animato. Spazio generoso, pulizia al top. E molto charme. Ottimo contatto con i proprietari della struttura. Consigliamo vivamente.
