    I understand this is a budget hotel. At around RM60 per night, I was not expecting luxury, fancy facilities, or a lavish breakfast. Budget hotels serve a purpose, and I am perfectly comfortable staying in simple accommodation. However, there is one thing that should never be compromised, regardless of price: cleanliness. Unfortunately, that was my biggest disappointment with this hotel. The room felt dusty, and the common areas did not leave a good impression either. The hallway was untidy, and even the reception area appeared cluttered and poorly maintained. What disappointed me most was not the lack of facilities, but the lack of attention to basic housekeeping. Cleanliness is not a luxury feature. It is the minimum standard every guest should be able to expect. As someone who frequently books accommodation through Agoda, I honestly feel that properties listed on the platform should meet at least a basic level of cleanliness and maintenance. Experiences like this do not just affect the hotel's reputation but also reflect poorly on the booking platform itself. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I can accept basic. I can accept old. I can accept small. But I cannot accept dirty.

    Seriously disappointed with the level of service here. From the moment I checked in, the staff’s attitude was already unacceptable and left a terrible impression. I don’t understand how basic courtesy towards customers can be this lacking. Because of this, I gave a zero rating immediately. If you can’t even speak to customers politely and professionally, you shouldn’t be in this line of work. After this experience, I will never return. Absolutely not recommended.

    Room was good , only need touch up a little bit interm of paint, put on extra accessory because tv can not use anymore is just like display in a room. But overall is nice . Pleasant stay
