L’accueil a l’entrée de l’estate n’était pas au niveau , à peine un regard sur le QR code de réservation et aucunes aides pour trouver la location .. le logement ne dispose d’aucun chauffage … en période de tempête et d’hiver , le séjour fut glacial

Room fans could be a good addition, but not a big drama. What I didn't enjoy was being charged a daily cleaning fee and not having anyone performing the cleaning service, especially when the cleaning fee was half the cost of the actual accommodation.

Hidden costs for cleaning, but during our four night stay, no cleaners ever came. When I enquired about the almost double fee that went off my account, I was told the extra cost is disclosed (albeit in small writing) and that if I cancel my booking, I would loose all my money. It was very cold when we were there and there was no heater/electric blankets or even spare blankets - only a thin duvet on each bed. The microwave is so low, that I had to sit on the floor in order to see the buttons. The place has great potential, but I won’t make use of SOUGHTED (the booking company) again
