Comfort level was great. Some nice little touches throughout. Kitchen setup was great considering the size of it. Worked for me.
No lighting by the bed. Bath towels were too small for me.

It was great value, perfect location and pet friendly yard was great. Yes it is compact but it is in a quiet location and even though there was other guests next door and a family in the main house, we didn’t hear a thing for anyone. The hosts were very attentive. Some great treats both human and doggo guests was a nice touch.
There is no television which was no problem for us, but some may miss this amenity.
