Great location for our family with 3 kids! We walked to breakfast at Corner Bakery and across the street to Lenox Mall a couple of times during our stay. Views were amazing and the apartment was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed.
The beds were hard and the water filter needed to be changed in the fridge. Anything else was great.

My sons and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the location was very close to shopping and restaurants.
The code given to enter into the garage did not work. Upon calling to ask about the code, the staff member argued that the code should work and implied that it must be something I was doing wrong. I decided to park in front of the property and enter through the front entrance since the code still did not work and the staff member in the lobby gave me a long and confusing direction to enter and park on a particular part of the garage, which was very different than the directions that was already sent to me. So, understandably, the conflicting information became confusing, so I called to verify where I should park. Upon calling, the staff member on the phone did not listen and cut me off from trying to explain the situation to me, insisting that I should've already received the instructions on how to enter and where to park. Had she been quiet enough to listen to me finish my explanation, she'd have understood why I was confused, and not stupid. Whomever is on that end of the process is rude.. Furthermore, I then received a text message from that staff member with an emoji of a person holding their forehead and stating "she called to get directions for parking." Apparently, it was sent to me by accident instead of the person she intended to send it to. When I responded to her, she then tried to call me back and give me some made up excuse as to what that message was about.
The other thing I disliked about this property is that you will occasionally smell marijuana as people in the building smoke it, and I could not sleep because the people either beside me or underneath the property played their music incredibly loud throughout the afternoon or night.
Overall, I would not choose this property again. I will never stay at a place with bad customer service, and the loudness and marijuana smell just topped it all off for me.
