The host was very accommodating. Communication was excellent. The facility was clean and comfortable and in a great location for our needs. I would recommend this place any time.

The accommodation was very clean and - although a basement suite in a newly-constructed house - more than acceptably quiet (as was the neighbourhood itself). I parked on the street right in front of the house, and no worry in doing so. The property is located ~ 7 minutes' drive from the Whitby GO Station and that was an important consideration. The full kitchen was much appreciated.

Any faults that I might find (as nothing in the real world is perfect) are essentially mere quibbles and not worth mentioning.

It was a comfortable stay. Better to have your car for easy access.

I liked how clean the unit was.

I must admit that I felt a bit let down upon arriving at the home and discovering a construction crew present. The host was very gracious and came out to greet my friends and me, offering apologies for the crew's presence, which was due to the challenges in scheduling them because of the week's rainfall. I had been hoping to take a nap before attending a wedding, as the drive had been quite long, but regrettably, that wasn't feasible since we were staying in the front room, and the crew's conversation was easily heard through the closed window. The unit itself was lovely; that was the only negative aspect. Additionally, I had the impression that it was the entire home, not just a basement unit.
