Besides that we had a good time.just expected a bit more from the property

Cute good location and comfortable.

Property is a little run down. The previous renters left a dirty ashtray with cig butts. The front door lock was wonky and the screen door screen was falling off and the handle was broken leaving a sharp piece sticking out. The hot tub was dirty and difficult to get to with no lighting. Next door was a barking dog left out in the back yard.

Wonderful location. Needs maintaince. A little sprucing up.

-Location -Welcome book (needs updating though) -Downstairs bedroom tv -Split A/C unit upstairs worked

-crumbs found on one of the chairs in the living rooms -stains on chairs -hair tie and hair found on toilet -microwave made weird sounds like there was metal in there -living room tv was not signed into netflix, hulu, or apple tv. We tried to follow instructions in book with utilizing google, but since accounts were not connected, it didn't work -google nest home battery low -top laundry had sheets in it -found a cap of a chapstick in between the couch cushions
