Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, wir konnten sogar früher anreisen, als eigentlich angegeben und wurden optimal angeleitet, wo der Schlüssel liegt usw. Im Kühlschrank haben auf uns zwei kühle Wasserflaschen gewartet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Wenn man duscht wird alles nass. Ein Abzieher wäre gut.

Comfortable bed, spacious room and very quiet, the bialleti 🤌🏻 to make espresso every morning, the kitchen was very equipped with anything you need, close by supermarket and walking distance to all landmarks in Florence. Guilia and Francesco are the best Host!!! They are very lovely and welcoming you with many great suggestions around. They even offered us to get the bigger apartment downstairs.
The heater was full on 5 but still a bit cold, but that’s not a big deal considering the buildings in Italy are not well isolated in winter.

the location is not ideal — a bit far from the main attractions but it is okay.
It was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. The check-in time (17:00) is very late and not convenient if you arrive earlier in the day. The bed was not very comfortable.
Also, be aware that the city tax is not included in the price — you need to pay it separately in cash (6 EUR per person per night), which was not clearly mentioned before booking.
