Apartment is in a great location and not far from the city center. Is quite spacious and has all the amenities you need for a long stay. Theres also a nice outside area with hammock to get some fresh air. Great location if you are traveling with the car, because you get a personal parking space.
Picking up the keys for the first time is confusing and took me a while until I understood how to get inside the area. Apartment is located near the school so during the day it becomes quite noisy outside.

La relación calidad precio, además de la proximidad a la autovía para ver pueblos cercanos y la parada de metro para acceder al centro de Tolousse.

Falta aire acondicionado, es un bajo y las instalaciones/equipamiento están ya un poco castigadas.

La independencia y la amplitud del apartamento; también el patio., El ser una urbanización privada y tener aparcamiento en la puerta. La existencia del Aldi cerca. Para ir al metro Trois Cocus (12 minutos andando) hay un autobús (el número 60) que para en la misma calle a 50 metros a la izquierda de la puerta de la urbanización. Es un sitio totalmente recomendable.
No nos pareció mal nada.
