Location was great. Appartment was clean and cozy and well equipped. Staff was cordial and very helpful. I definitely recommend and I look towards my next trip to stay again at the same place. In few words 5 ⭐.

Easy to check in and out. Spacious and clean apartment with all the facilities you need. Good to know that there are 2 bathrooms (small but functional). Sheets and towels crispy white! Comfortable bad.

There’s a night club nearby so you can hear the noises in the apartment, but that didn’t bothered us so much. Entertaining in the shower is a little difficult if it happens to be overweight but really not a problem for us.

The property was exceptional, comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a few nights! We really liked the safety shutters and the location (lots of cafes and shops near by).

We stayed from Saturday - Tuesday and every night there was loud music coming from the bar directly next door! It stops at 1am which was a little annoying but not the end of the world! You can’t really use the balcony either as you get bitten a lot!

Αν υπήρχε βαθμολογία περισσότερη από 10 θα ήταν πιο δίκαιη για το κατάλυμα Evfranoros cozy!! Δεν έχω ξανα συναντήσει κατάλυμα με τόσα κομφόρ ,όλα επώνυμα, από τον εξοπλισμό της κουζίνας μέχρι τα είδη ατομικης υγιεινής . Τόσες ευκολίες στην κουζίνα, τόσο άνεση στους χώρους, τόση μοντέρνα αισθητική,τόση δροσιά και όλα αυτά σε κεντρικό σημείο της Αθήνας με όλων των ειδών μαγαζιά με πολύ ζωντάνια το βράδυ από νέους που διασκέδαζαν στα μπαράκια. Είχαμε την τύχη λόγω Αυγούστου να έχει πολλά σημεία πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο κατάλυμα. Καφέ, φαγητό και διασκέδαση ακριβώς μπροστά στο κατάλυμα. Η οικοδομή στο σύνολό της είχε πάρα πολύ ησυχία. Αρκετά από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της Αθήνας ήταν μπροστά στα πόδια μας. Αν ξανά επισκεφθώ την Αθήνα θα ξανά μείνω στο Evfranoros cozy. Αξίζει την βαθμολογία 10'''.
