Kept up very well inside, showers near the beach (4 of them), numerous pools, easy to park.

The key cards to even access the building from the outside were cumbersome. You need a bracelet AND. the keycard (which doesn’t open your room- your room has a code you type) to go to the pool or beach. This was annoying and frequently forgotten.

Third time to stay in this room, but first two times were with different owners than now. Facility is in ideal location on the quieter side of town. Large balcony is great! Easy to get to restaurants and shopping areas as needed. Parking is a challenge, but not unexpected.

People need warned about the door safety latch. We used it the first night and thought I was going to need to call to get someone to rescue us from the room the next morning. It took several efforts to final get it to release and we did not use it again, but instead placed a chair in front of the door so the handle could not be turned. As I said we have stayed in this room three times and another room in the same building two other times. I don't remember so many drunks the other times.

The place was great, the view was beautiful, right on the beach and close to different restaurants and excursions.

This place is a little outdated, there are six pools at this resort but the pools aren't the cleanest and have a lot of cracks in them, one of our beds was kind of broken, our bath shower wasn't working so we had 5 people use one bathroom, and our living room TV wasn't working, we called for maintenance they said someone will come by the next day but no one did. The other thing is I don't think our floors were cleaned, as soon as we got to the place we took our shoes off at the door and were barefoot.. our feet were black just from walking inside. This place is nice but has a few hiccups.
