It was very cute. The outside area was phenomenal, there was lots of seating, a gas fireplace, ice maker, Tv, swinging chair. All covered, just a great place to hang out, even when it rained. There was a golf cart that drove 6, all around the neighborhood, including to the community pool. There was an indoor and outdoor shower. And a full kitchen outside. We didn’t cook while we were there, but it seemed well stocked. Our host was extremely attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. He was also really flexible about our plans. We went down for an open water checkout dive, and we were 5 minutes from the dive shop. We were also 5 minutes from great restaurants. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your family in Key Largo,—this is perfect!!

It was great! We loved it—it is a mobile home, so it’s not huge inside, but there were 5 of us, 2 adults, 19 year old, 16 year old, and 15 year old, and we fit very comfortably. And with all the amazing room outside, we were really only inside to sleep.

Everything was fantastic! Ronny the owner was a pleasure to deal with utmost courtesy. I would recommend this excellent property to anyone who would like to relax and enjoy the many accommodations at a great price. Thanks again, looking forward to booking another stay.

This place had everything! Kayaks in working order, PFFs, heck, even a cooler and an ice maker! The park’s heated pool was nice. Ronny is a very thoughtful host. Everything is in working order and exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait for our next visit.

The park’s rent-a-cops are a joke, as is the $10 fee to them. Clearly this host doesn’t control them, which only speaks to the quality of this listing! Just laugh those jokers off.
