I accidentally overlooked some of the emails I had received, so I hadn't paid the city tax in advance or completed the online check-in. The host kindly reached out to me, and we communicated via WhatsApp. He guided me through paying the city tax using an online system, which was quick and easy. They also sent very helpful videos explaining exactly how to enter the building and collect the keys. They did everything possible to make the check-in process clear, smooth, and stress-free. They responded to my messages immediately, provided useful local tips, and were always available whenever I had a question. The apartment itself was beautifully renovated, warm, and tastefully decorated. It truly felt like arriving at a home rather than just a holiday rental. It was spotlessly clean, bright, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Good location and nice neighborhood.

Lacked proper cleaning, bed was very uncomfortable, shampoo and shower gel were almost empty. Invest into proper sleep and shower items.Also host requested to share ID details via What’s app, which is not secure
