Overall, the stay was decent. The unit is a studio and suitable for 2 pax only, I wouldn’t recommend it for families or if you’re planning to use the sofa bed, especially with kids ( pretty dusty )
The space was fairly spacious, with a good-sized bathroom, though the water pressure was a bit low. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic necessities, which was a plus.
Other than that, everything else was fine.
However, the carpet in particular felt dirty with stains and dusty .
I would strongly suggest removing it to improve cleanliness.

We got a late check out without charge. Ryuken was very helpful from the moment we booked till we checked out. The apartment was immaculate the cleanest place ive ever stayed. The veiw of the river and pool was loverly.

El apartamento se encuentra dentro de un edificio moderno y está totalmente reformado. Tiene piscina con vistas al río y se puede ver toda la ciudad desde el balcón y el hall de entrada al apartamento. Tiene un montón de enchufes, aire acondicionado, ventilador, TV de pantalla plana, lavadora, nevera, vitro, microondas, plancha, secador, etc. ¡Todo lo que puedas necesitar para tu estancia! También es muy fácil moverse por la ciudad con grab o caminando (aunque esto último puede ser un poco más incómodo) y está a solo 7km del aeropuerto. Cerca hay pequeños locales donde pudimos comer y desayunar cosas muy ricas y baratas.
Ir caminando al centro era un poco pesado por la falta de paso de peatones en la zona y la limpieza del apartamento mejorable.
