Powiem tak…. Byłem już w kilkudziesięciu różnych hostelach i apartamentach. Nigdzie nie spotkałem tak zadbanego i wyposażonego mieszkania w tej cenie. W mieszkaniu jest czysto, wygodnie, na start jest kawa, herbata, szampon, płyn do kąpieli a nawet pianka do golenia. W zamrażalniku lód do drinków. Mieszkanie wyremontowane i w pełni wyposażone, zadbane. Proces meldowania przebiegł sprawnie. Darmowy publiczny parking na osiedlu. Pobyt był bardzo komfortowy, porządnie się wyspałem. Piękna panorama z okien.
W poprzednich komentarzach wyczytałem, że czasami sąsiedzi hałasują. Ja się z tym nie zetknąłem, ale takie rzeczy się zdarzają wszędzie. Właściciel nie ma to wpływu. Ostatnie piętro ma swoje wady i zalety. Dla mnie 5 piętro to nie problem, za to mamy dobry widok i nikt nie stuka w sufit.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut und modern. Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Für einen Wochenendtrip zu empfehlen. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend.
Leider mitten in einem Neubaugebiet. Sehr hellhörig und Nachbarn, die sehr lange, sehr laut waren, bis ca. 3 Uhr nachts. Da wir wegen eines Konzerts in Magdeburg waren, konnte man damit klarkommen.

Es war eine wirklich sehr schöne große Wohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist top. ⭐️ Es gab kostenloses WLAN und einen Smart TV mit Netflix.
Die Nachbarn waren etwas laut bzw. sind die Wände sehr dünn.
