Very comfortable, home from home.

There was off street parking. The flat was comfortable and did have a heater in the hall and an oil heater in the lounge.
There was steep stairs to get up to the apartment.
The shower was very small and in a room at the bottom of the stairs near the door. It was also cold. The heating didn’t come on and there was no explanation of how to make it work.

The location was excellant and central to evetything .The area was quiet and parking was no problem

First impressions were not good .The cleanliness was poor on the bottom level and the shower room was not a good standard .The main living area was much better upstairs .Toilet ,kitchen and bedrooms were fine .

Location was great and apartment was very spacious and clean
The shower is awful. Its either burning hot or ice cold. After about 5 minutes of this i gave up and ended not being able to shower. If it wasnt for this I probably would have given a 10.
The beds are very soft and I personally prefer a firmer mattress. Think they should change the matress to a medium matress to try cater for all.
