Stairs to the attic room a bit narrow and lack of toilet in that space would have been good for during the night.

I booked for a group of 10 people. And we were so lucky this gorgeous haven was available. This place was so spacious for everyone staying and they were all so comfortable with not one complaint in sight. Our host Sophie was incredibly hospitable and this whole experience exceeded everybody's expectations. Im glad I found this gem of a place and will be rebooking again if I ever have a large group. Thank you Sophie for looking after my family in the best way possible.
The downside was leaving and not taking enough photos of the accommodation

The property is in an excellent location, 15 mins walk to Circular Quay/Darling Harbour/City Centre. The house has plenty of space for 6 -12 persons. Beds were very comfy, we have clean linen and towels etc
The stairs are somewhat steep, so may be a problem for some but for our group not an issue. We didn’t cook, however, if you plan to stay in the cookware/pans need replacing.
