Very well furnished apartment, good amenities, and in a really good location. At the edge of Nimman, not far from the airport and Maya Mall, nor too far from the old town.

We had a small issue with one of the Aircon unites smelling a bit funny, but the owner came by as soon as we told him about it and fixed it.

Kudos to the host, the key pick up and checking in process was very simple and somewhat seamless. The apartment is really nice. It looks like it is recently renovated. It is fully equipped, kitchen, washing machine, 2 bathrooms. The location is really convenient to One Nimman and the stores around.

The mattress is a little too soft for my preference.

We enjoyed our stay at ARMO Nimman! Owner Arm is a very kind, caring, and diligent host and goes above and beyond for his guests. He was very responsive and gave us lots of good information. He told us about the Soi 6 Friday Night Market, which we loved, and is literally right around the corner from the unit. We liked this market more than the Sunday Walking St market in the Old City, as that one gets too crowded. Condo is located near many good restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, Maya Mall and One Nimman. We really couldn't have asked for a better location : ) The basement of Maya Mall also has a nice supermarket. Unit was very clean, modern, spacious, and room cleaning was also included. We will definitely return if ever in Chiang Mai again. Thank you Arm for a wonderful stay!
