Small and reasonably comfortable. Hosts make all efforts to provide a good place to stay, with neighborhood information, and most of the things one needs. Good linens and towels. Easy access to Link light rail.
Having luggage rack (or two) would be nice; water pressure in the bathroom sink was barely adequate, although the shower was fine. Hallway and living room/kitchen floors were sticky - not quite sure why.

Great room, nice host. In spite of all the issues, the location is good (except for the immediate surroundings). Rooms are nice, good lighting.
This Air BnB wasn't set up for prolonged stays and some things just didn't work. The hot water in the kitchen was a joke, barely a trickle. There was no way to wash dishes (no dish pan or rack). Toilet paper ran out, One kitchen towel(!), Kleenex box had 2 tissues in it. Room is stuffy and lacks ventilation. Neighborhood is sketchy. Bathtub is slick and would benefit from a rubber mat for safety.
