Είναι σε κεντρικό, ήσυχο σημείο και θέλει 10' περπάτημα από τον σταθμό του μετρό.
Ανοίγοντας το παράθυρο και την μπαλκονόπορτα δημιουργείται ένα ωραίο ρεύμα αέρα.
Πολύ καθαρό, καλά μαξιλάρια.
Μικρές λεπτομέρειες - η ξεχαρβαλωμένη πρίζα της κουζίνας, ένα μαύρο αντικείμενο έξω από το ντους που έπεσε αμέσως μόλις το ακούμπησα (και ξαναμπήκε μέσα), δύο μικρά, γυάλινα, βρώμικα μπουκάλια που κάποτε είχαν λάδι και ξύδι πάνω στον πάγκο της κουζίνας.
Το ίντρενετ είναι προβληματικό.

Sorprendente "refugio" con vistas maravillosas y muy cercano al monte Lycabettus y al polifacético barrio de Exarchia. Los detalles de bienvenida, café, té... . Terraza espectacular y en general un apartamento muy acogedor en un espacio reducido.
Creemos que la nevera necesita una actualización y también deberían mencionar (por si alguien tiene algún problema físico) que el acceso no es directamente desde el ascensor, ya que hay que subir un piso adicional por las escaleras. La comunicación vía whatapp no fue muy fluida porque tardaron mucho tiempo en contestar a algunas dudas que les transmitimos.

Που είχε τόσο φωτεινό μπαλκόνι και έβλεπε προς τον Λυκαβητό.
Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει μία υφασμάτινη πολυθρόνα στο σαλόνι, να μπορεί να κάτσει κάποιος με το laptop μεσα να εργαστεί με ένα μικρό τραπεζάκι να ακουμπάειτον καφέ του

The apartment is small but new and nicely decorated, in a great location close to the metro, 10min walk. The sofa bed is not a real bed but still relatively comfortable for a short stay. The elevator goes up to one floor below the apartment, so you have to walk up a flight of stairs, which is fine.
The floor was not properly cleaned when I arrived, and I never received the Wi-Fi code, the host replied after several hours saying they hadn’t seen my message, but still didn’t provide the code. Also, at one point, a puddle of water appeared on the floor of the room, which was a bit concerning.
